If you are interested in making an in-kind contribution by placing an ad in your local newspaper, you must provide us documentation so we can report the contribution to the FEC.

Federal election law allows individuals to make up to $1,000 in in-kind contributions. (Note that this is considered part of the $2,300 allowable by law for contributing to a federal candidate.)

Note that multiple contributors can act together, to avoid exceeding the $1,000 per individual limit.

If you place an ad, the following information needs to be e-mailed the same day to :
